Henri Verdier is the State Chief data officer of French Government. Born November 24, 1968, former Student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Henri verdier is a French entrepreneur, and currently the Head of (Etalab ), the French Agency for Public Open data. He is a member of the ARCEP Strategic Committee, a member of the CNIL Strategic Committee and was a member of the board of Paris-Sorbonne University. He was awarded the Ordre National du Mérite in 2010.
